How will I get the meals that I purchased?
A:
If you signed up with us through a Gym or Club, then it’s highly likely that you will be picking up your weekly orders at that facility. For example, if you are a member of Black Box Fitness, then you would be picking up your food there.
If you do not have any membership with a Gym or Club, then we will be delivering your food to your residence.
Q:
What if I know that I am traveling (or otherwise unavailable) and need to pause my subscription?
A:
That’s not a problem at all! You would need to email us and let us know. We can “Pause” the subscription and then “Reinstate” it again when you are ready. Email us at: support@shutthechefupnow.com
We are sorry there is not a way for you to do this on your own – but the system is such with PayPal that the account owner (Us!) is the one that can pause and restart subscriptions.
